Enjoy a pre-Christmas three-course festive lunch or dinner at TĪNG Restaurant. Indulge in a selection of exceptional dishes crafted with fresh, seasonal ingredients, such as Game Terrine with Kumquat and Loch Duart Salmon with Sprout Leaves, Edamame, and a Coconut Lemongrass Sauce, served with Pak Choi or Jasmine Rice, before indulging in a delightful dessert, ranging from Spiced Chocolate Mousse to a Festive Vacherin with Gingerbread Cream, Bergamot,

and Earl Grey Tea.

Christmas eve

Celebrate the joy of Christmas Eve at TĪNG Restaurant with an exquisite three-course feast. Begin with a starter such as Jersey Crab Salad with Confit Potatoes or Jerusalem Artichoke & Shiitake, followed by Kumquat Glazed Duck Breast with Turnips and Asian Pickled Winter Leaves or Delica Pumpkin. Complete your meal with a classic Christmas Pudding, topped with Brandy Sauce and Spiced Ice Cream.

CHRISTMAS DAY SHARING MENU

​Once all the presents have been exchanged, join us for a magical Christmas Day Feast at TĪNG. Delight in a sumptuous sharing menu designed for you to taste a little of everything, including hero dishes like Char Siu Pork Belly with Hispi Cabbage and Salt & Vinegar Pork Crackling, as well as traditional Norfolk Turkey Breast with House Stuffing and Cranberry Sauce, accompanied by Roast Potatoes and Root Vegetables. Conclude your feast with a delectable dessert, such as Christmas Misu with Gingerbread Cream and Citrus, or a rich Chocolate Yule Log.
